Overview

The Kobra+3 CC4 is a cross cut office shredder. It is a level-3 security shredder that can shred paper, crumpled paper, optical media (CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays), credit cards, paper clips, and staples. The 'Throw and Shred' system allows it to shred crumpled paper. All you've to do is lift up the cover, throw in the crumpled paper, and then close the cover. On closing the cover, the revolving flaps shred the paper. This unique feature is only available in selected Kobra shredders.

The Kobra+3 CC4 cross cut shredder has 2 separate cutting blades for paper and plastic. You can shred documents without removing the staples or paper clips. These metallic objects don't damage the carbon hardened steel blades. This saves significant time that would've otherwise been spent on removing staples and paper clips. To shred plastic, all you've to do is lift up the transparent cover and insert the plastic to be shredded in the second feed opening. The paper and plastic shred waste is collected in different bins that can be emptied easily. The bin doesn't need plastic bag.

The Kobra+3 CC4 cross cut office shredder features an 'Energy Smart' power management system. It is an environment friendly system that places the shredder in standby mode when not in operation thereby reducing your bill. The Kobra+3 CC4 shredder also features a 'Mobile Protection System'. This system uses dual electronic sensors to automatically shut down the shredder once the lid is lifted up. This helps to protect this office shredder from damages.
